개인정보처리방침

(이하 "회사")는 「개인정보 보호법」 등 관련 법령을 준수하며, 이용자의 개인정보를 안전하게 처리하기 위해 다음과 같이 개인정보처리방침을 수립·공개합니다.
1. 수집하는 개인정보 항목과 수집 방법

카드번호 등 결제 수단 정보는 PayPal이 처리하며, 회사는 이를 수집하거나 저장하지 않습니다.
2. 개인정보의 처리 목적
- 회원 식별 및 계정 관리, 로그인 유지
- 상품 주문 접수, 결제 확인, 배송, 교환·반품·환불, 고객 문의 응대 및 분쟁 처리
- 뉴스레터·재입고 알림 발송(동의한 경우에 한함)
- 서비스 개선 및 방문 통계 분석(동의한 경우에 한함)
3. 개인정보의 보유 및 이용 기간
회사는 목적이 달성되면 지체 없이 개인정보를 파기합니다. 다만 다음의 경우 해당 기간 동안 보관합니다.

4. 개인정보의 제3자 제공
회사는 이용자의 개인정보를 원칙적으로 제3자에게 제공하지 않습니다. 법령에 근거가 있거나 수사기관이 적법한 절차에 따라 요청하는 경우에는 예외로 합니다.
5. 개인정보 처리 위탁 및 국외 이전
회사는 서비스 제공을 위해 아래와 같이 개인정보 처리를 위탁하며, 일부는 국외에서 처리됩니다. 이용자는 국외 이전에 동의하지 않을 수 있으나, 이 경우 계정 기반 서비스(로그인·장바구니·주문) 이용이 제한됩니다.

각 수탁자의 연락처와 처리방침은 해당 업체의 개인정보 처리방침(예: supabase.com/privacy, netlify.com/privacy, policies.google.com/privacy)을 참고하시기 바랍니다.
6. 개인정보의 파기 절차 및 방법
보유 기간이 지나거나 처리 목적이 달성된 개인정보는 지체 없이 파기합니다. 전자적 파일은 복구할 수 없는 방법으로 삭제하며, 법령에 따라 보존해야 하는 정보는 별도로 분리하여 보관한 뒤 기간 만료 시 파기합니다.
7. 이용자의 권리와 행사 방법
- 이용자는 언제든지 자신의 개인정보에 대한 열람, 정정, 삭제, 처리정지, 동의 철회를 요청할 수 있습니다.
- 몰의 '내 계정'에서 주문 내역을 확인하고 계정을 삭제할 수 있으며, 그 밖의 요청은 로 보내주세요. 지체 없이 조치하겠습니다.
- 뉴스레터 수신 철회는 수신한 메일에 회신하거나 위 이메일로 요청하시면 됩니다.
8. 개인정보의 안전성 확보 조치
- 비밀번호는 암호화(해시)되어 저장됩니다.
- 통신 구간은 HTTPS로 암호화됩니다.
- 데이터베이스는 행 단위 접근 제어를 적용하여, 이용자는 자신의 장바구니와 주문만 조회할 수 있습니다.
- 개인정보에 접근할 수 있는 담당자를 최소한으로 제한합니다.
9. 쿠키 등 자동 수집 장치
- 로그인 전 장바구니, 언어 선택, 최근 본 상품, 쿠키 선택 내용을 기억하기 위해 브라우저 저장소(localStorage)를 사용합니다.
- 로그인 상태 유지를 위해 브라우저 저장소(localStorage·쿠키)를 사용합니다.
- 방문 통계를 위해 Google Analytics를 사용할 수 있으며, 이용자가 동의한 경우에만 작동합니다. 사이트 하단의 '쿠키 설정'에서 선택을 바꿀 수 있습니다.
- 브라우저 설정에서 쿠키 저장을 거부할 수 있으나, 이 경우 로그인·장바구니 이용이 제한될 수 있습니다.

Card and other payment details are handled by PayPal. We do not collect or store them.
2. Why we process it
- Identifying you, managing your account and keeping you signed in
- Receiving and confirming orders, delivery, exchanges, returns, refunds, support and dispute handling
- Sending newsletters and restock alerts (only if you opted in)
- Improving the Shop and measuring visits (only if you accepted)

We delete personal information without delay once its purpose is fulfilled, except where the law requires us to keep it:

4. Sharing with third parties
We do not provide your personal information to third parties, except where the law requires it or authorities request it through lawful procedures.
5. Processors and transfers abroad
We use the service providers below to run the Shop, and some process data outside Korea. You may decline the transfer, but account-based features (sign-in, cart, orders) would then be unavailable.

6. Destruction
Personal information whose retention period has ended or whose purpose is fulfilled is destroyed without delay. Electronic files are deleted in a way that cannot be restored; information we must keep by law is stored separately and destroyed when the period ends.
7. Your rights
- You may at any time ask to access, correct, delete or restrict the processing of your personal information, or withdraw your consent.
- You can view your orders and delete your account from "Your account" in the Shop. For anything else, email and we will act without delay.
- To stop newsletters, reply to any email we send or write to the address above.
8. Security measures
- Passwords are stored encrypted (hashed).
- Traffic is encrypted with HTTPS.
- The database applies row-level access control, so you can only read your own cart and orders.
- Access to personal information is limited to the minimum number of people.
9. Cookies and similar technologies
- We use browser storage (localStorage / cookies) to keep you signed in, and to remember your cart before you sign in, your language choice, recently viewed pieces and your cookie choice.
- We may use Google Analytics for visit statistics, but only if you accept. You can change your choice any time from "Cookie settings" at the bottom of the page.
- You can block cookies in your browser settings, but sign-in and the cart may then not work.
